Katelyn + Denham's Engagement and Wedding
From the Bride: Almost everything we used in our wedding was either hand made or sentimental to our family (from the hand made cake serving set to my necklace that used to be my grandfather’s wedding band, everything was so special). We got married on my parent’s land in an area that was significant to my childhood. Denham’s dad constructed the arbor, while my dad ran electric for the lights and made sure every inch of the ceremony location was perfect. Denham’s dad also custom made the cake cutting set.
After the ceremony, we were able to do a small crawfish boil under the twinkle lights we got married under. Groom’s favorite moment: the reception when the sun went down and the lights were shining on the pine trees. It was reminiscent of so many hiking trips and adventures we had gone on in the past. (We also had an impromptu first dance to John Prine!)
