Tori + Tyler's Verona Wedding

From the Bride: Our day couldn’t of been any more perfect! The day started early for my girls and I. We got to the barn around 7:15 to get the morning started! I decided to do first looks with both my grandfathers, my dad and of course Tyler! We chose to do a first look to make sure that we got all of the photos we wanted and it made the day much easier so we didn’t have to avoid each other all day! My most memorable sight was during the first look with my grandfather. When he turned around, he immediately starting tearing up and came to hug me. Seeing him so emotional was something I will never forget. When Tyler and I did our first look I couldn’t wait to turn around and hug him. We read the vows we wrote to each other and I was feeling all the emotions from his. He hugged me so tightly for so long. It was definitely one of my favorite moments from our wedding day.

As guests started arriving for the ceremony, I went into hiding and the boys were singing obnoxiously loud from the groom’s suite. Our ceremony was very simple, but we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! Once the ceremony was over we took sunset pictures and extended family photos! After we finished photos the fun began! Of course we had to have a little fun with our reception entrances. Each pair had some sort of hip hop song to come out to and they nailed their dances! The bartender had already been serving so our guests were ready to go! We sat down and ate -the food was excellent, the laughs were unforgettable and the speeches given by the Maid Of Honor and Best Man definitely got the attention of the crowd. We then went into the first dances, they were all so special to both Tyler and I. I was able to dance with my father and him his Aunt in lieu of his late mother, a moment I’m sure he’ll cherish forever. It was a tear jerker but such a special moment. Our first dance was everything you could imagine, it was to the song “Yours” by Russell Dickerson. Tyler has told me for years that we were going to dance to that song at our wedding and he definitely never let me forget that. It was surreal dancing while all of our family and friends watched us share that moment.

After the dances we cut the cake, took a few group photos and tried to thank everyone for coming. Our DJ was a longtime friend of Tyler’s, so once he got the green light to start the party he did just that! We danced the night away, we laughed, had dance-off’s, beer chugging contest and my little brother decided he wanted to Rap for everyone there. The night came and went, before we realized it we were heading off to get some sleep before our early flight. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. To this day we think back on some of the moments and can’t help but crack a smile. It is a day that I will cherish forever, I hope everyone gets the chance to have their dream wedding because I definitely got mine!
