Lyla + Bobby's Morehead Wedding
From the Bride: Our wedding venue, The Chateau at Meadowview was absolutely gorgeous. It was newly built and we were one of the first couples to get to use it. We actually entered into a contest before it was built and we were chosen as the lucky couple who got to use the venue and it’s accommodations for free! That was a huge blessing. It felt like winning the lottery.
We decided not to do a first look so words can’t describe how excited I was when I walked down the aisle and looked up to see my handsome groom waiting for me at the alter. My heart was bursting with love when I saw my husband shedding tears of joy as I walked down the aisle.
A really special memory was when my husband and his mom were doing their mother son dance. She looked up at me and motioned me over and asked me to join them in their dance. We all three held each other and cried. It’s an amazing feeling to be loved so much by your in-laws.
There were so many beautiful details but I absolutely loved the glowing letters “I DO” that we rented from Alpha-Lit Lexington. It was a perfect photo opportunity for us and our guests.
