Kenzie + Peyton's London Wedding
From the Bride: Our wedding day was nothing but perfection. As a little girl, you always dream of your wedding; down to the dress, shoes, flowers, and all the other details. We wanted our wedding to be a reflection of who we are as a couple, which is fun, caring, goofy, and loving. Our families are one of the most important factors in our lives. With that, the love of our families and each other was the focal point of our wedding day. Growing up with a blended family, all five of your siblings become your best friends. I did a first look with my two sisters, sister in law, and three brothers. Our families both gave me (the bride) and Peyton (the groom) family heirlooms to hold our loved ones close to us on this day. Each of us were given a wedding ring to represent our grandparents. My mother gifted me with a piece of her wedding dress to wrap around my bouquet. To represent the grandparent the groom had lost, a chair was reserved for him with a picture from his time in the military along with his Navy uniform. We also exited in his grandfather’s 1966 Chevrolet Impala Super sport. Our first dance song was “I Get to Love You” by Ruelle. It was a perfect song to represent our love for each other.
Bride’s Advice: Remember to enjoy every moment and take it all in. I know it can get stressful leading up to your special day, but in the end, it is all worth it when you get to say “I do” to the love of your life. Also, make sure the day of to stop for a few minutes and admire how everything looks and see how your hard work paid off! Also, remember it is your big day so take the time to enjoy yourself!
