Jordan + Isaiah's Louisviile Wedding
From the Bride: Our wedding day was everything we imagined and much more! We started the warm July day with our gorgeous ceremony at The Cathedral of the Assumption and then proceeded to shuttle guests to our cocktail hour and reception at The Woods at Cedar Springs. We wanted all of our out-of-town guests to see the true beauty of our city and we believe we gave them the full experience!
Looking back on our special day, we remember the love we felt and the excitement we shared with all of our closest friends and family. The bridesmaids wore beautiful flowing gowns in all shades of blush detailed with ruffles and the groomsmen wore tan suits with blush ties to match. Some of our favorite details from our wedding were the welcome signs that we made ourselves, custom drink stirrers with our new last name, the After the Tone phone to record voicemails from our loved ones, and Chick-Fil-A showing up as a late night snack for our guests! We danced our first dance to “You Make It Easy” by Jason Aldean).
I felt so beautiful in my elegant wedding dress and loved changing into my sparkly party dress as the night went on! Sparks flew all day and throughout the night and our exit included sparklers, cold spark machines, and a vintage Rolls Royce ride. Our vendors truly went above and beyond to make July 29, 2023, the most amazing day of our lives and we haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
Bride’s Advice: Enjoy every minute, even the stressful parts! Wedding planning goes by so fast and the actual day goes by even quicker. Don't sweat the small stuff because after it's over, you will just remember how loved you felt and how much fun you had. It's the best time of your lives!
