Chelsea + Slade's Lynwood Estate Wedding

From the Bride: Our wedding day was a day I will never forget. From the beautiful weather to marrying my best friend in front of our friends and family, it was nothing short of amazing. We were lucky to get married at the breathtaking Lynwood Estate. It was the one and only wedding venue that we toured and we knew that from the first step on the property that we wanted to get married there. It’s beautiful architecture and old charm stands out and didn’t require us to have any extra decorations at our ceremony. My favorite part of the venue was the fountain that is actually a huge round saltwater pool. This was definitely a guest favorite and is where our ceremony took place and then served as our dance floor later on in the evening.

One of the other fan favorites were the cake pops made by Sweets by Cindy bakery. Being one of my favorite desserts, I knew that I wanted to have cake pops before I even decided to have a cake. We had four flavors: Lemon, Fruity Pebbles, Oreo, and Red Velvet. I will say that I only got one before my guest devoured all 100 on the dance floor. Our cake was 3 tier with the flavors ofWhite Cake, Death by Chocolate, and Red Velvet. We danced our first dance to Joy of My Life by Chris Stapleton, and our signature cocktail was Charlie’s Mojito (Charlie is our goldendoodle).

Bride’s Advice: I wish someone would have told me to slow down and truly enjoy the process of wedding planning. Even though wedding planning is the most stressful and complex aspect of a wedding, it’s also the most exciting time of your life. It was truly incredible to design the details of my ceremony and reception and then see it come to life on my big day. When I look back on the planning process, I wouldn’t change anything. There is nothing more special than planning your wedding day with your loved ones.
