From the Bride: Jacob and I got married on our 6 year dating anniversary. The morning of my wedding I wore my mother’s getting ready outfit she wore 30 years ago. My bridesmaids traveled from all over: Texas, California, Oregon, and even Poland! My husband and I did a first look, and thank goodness we did because he almost passed out! We had a private vow reading that was so special before we got married. We included our fur baby by putting a small golden retriever on our cake (lemon cake with raspberry filling, pistachio, and chocolate)! We danced our first dance to Heaven by Jason Alden The open bar led to some great dance moves & we handed out glow sticks on the dance floor! The beekeeper was my favorite drink and Jacob’s drink was an old fashioned. We ended the night with coffee and then a sparkler exit.

Bride’s Advice : Trust your instincts on what you want! Don’t sweat the small details, you won’t notice them on the day. Just enjoy it, the process is so fun & goes by too fast.
