Morgan + Wesley's Nashville Romantic Wedding

From the Bride: My wedding day was the most amazing day of my life! Wesley and I were engaged after dating for over 5 years and immediately my mom and I began planning, searching bridal magazines and the internet for ideas. We travelled to the Dallas, TX Bridal Expo and were overwhelmed with all the vendors and options. We soon realized we would need a professional wedding planner to help us navigate all the decisions. My mom’s discovered Lauren Chitwood Events and after a brief phone consultation, we knew she was the perfect fit for us!

We live in a small town with limited venues, so I knew I wanted to “venture” out of my comfort zone for my special day. We decided on Nashville and with it being just 2 ½ hours from our hometown we knew it was an easy drive for our friends and family and would offer an abundance of weekend activities for those guests who chose to stay. Wesley and I wanted a simple yet meaningful ceremony and after looking at several options we decided on the Country Music Hall of Fame Theatre. Our afternoon wedding would be followed with a lunch reception and later that evening we celebrated with dinner and dancing.

My wedding style would probably be labeled colorful but romantic. I knew I wanted a lot of florals and deep rich jewel tones since it was a fall wedding. Our planner made every idea, dream and thought come to life and their attention to detail was impeccable and I am so thankful we found them! Every item including the Save the Date cards, the Invitations, the Welcome Bags, and the tablescapes flowed wonderfully together in color and in feel.

Wesley and I will cherish our wedding memories forever. The weather was beautiful and the setting, the atmosphere and the beautiful decorations took my breath! But all these memories would be nothing if we had not had the opportunity to share our special day with our loving family and friends. From the first day of planning to the final hug of the wedding evening - that was so important to both of us - and will remain our best memory!
