Virginia and Zack's Keeneland Engagement

From the Photographer: Zack and Virginia are no strangers to Southern culture. These two may now live in New York City, but when it came to planning their wedding day, Virginia always knew she wanted to come back to her roots. She shares, “I have always dreamt of a big southern wedding in a big White House with lots of greenery. Keeneland is a special place for our family and being able to share my roots with Zack is really special."

Virginia shares more about their engagement, “Zack surprised me in Central Park a little over two years ago. I was visiting some friends and had no idea he was even in the city. He had one of my best friends trick me into going to a restaurant in one of my favorite areas and he popped out and surprised me! We walked down to a little gazebo next to a frozen lake and he proposed with my Great Grandmother’s engagement ring she had left for me.
