From the photographer: When I first visited Castle & Key Distillery in 2017 I was so inspired by every aspect of the venue. I knew at that moment I wanted to do my first styled shoot there. We shot in October of last year right after the distillery opened to the public. The shoot was influenced by the industrial romantic vibe that Castle & Key offers. The ceremony backdrop was custom made by Maddox & Rose specifically for this shoot! State & Arrow added the flowers, which gave it a softer, romantic feel. We had the perfect balance of mixed metals with the copper backdrop, dinner place settings, and the bride's rhinestone booties! The velvet table drapery and colorful florals, in addition to the pink suede jacket, really enhanced the romantic vibe we were going for. Also, what's not to love about the white jumpsuit outfit change? I'm so pleased with my decision to add the cape, as I've already seen it's a bridal trend for 2019!
