Annabelle + Joe's Bowling Green Wedding

From the Bride: Our chosen venue is very dear to our heart as we have had attended many special events here as guests and even as hosts. However, it was important to us that the venue looked like it never had before so our wedding felt special and unique. We enlisted the help of Ken Warrington of Nashville, Tennessee to help our vision come to life. He is a drapery extraordinaire and without him the transformation of our dreams would not have been possible. The entrance to the ceremony was an integral part of transforming our venue into a new and special space. Ivory drapes were installed to create a tunnel into the space that made for a grand entrance for not only the bride but the guests, as well. Ivory drapes were hung throughout the venue creating an ethereal and unique space. After our cocktail hour, the guests returned to a transformed venue where all of the ivory drapery was switched to black drapery keeping with a sophisticated and sleek motif. The tunnel was removed revealing additional venue space for our guests to enjoy. Upon our guests returning for the reception, we entered the venue from the grand staircase and did our first dance to “ Love Is Here To Stay” by Frank Sinatra, with cold sparklers underneath the chandelier at the front of the venue.

Bride’s Advice: It will all go by too fast so soak in every moment.
