Lauren and Donald's Classic Wedding

From the bride: Our wedding was as fun as the fall colors were bright!! Surrounded by beautiful autumn leaves, we shared a very intimate first look (groom’s favorite part) and read our personal vowels to each other. We then shared a first look with our puppies, Louis and Clark (bride’s favorite part), before the ceremony. We did a knot tying ceremony in lieu of a sand pouring, and tied a braid to complete a cross, that was mounted on an intricate wooden piece made by my uncle. After officially becoming Mr. and Mrs. Barnett, we had a delicious station buffet dinner, filled with all our favorite foods! I’m talking beef and chicken sliders, french fries, tacos, chips and queso and more. We then had a soft pretzel station later on in the night as a fun treat. Our cake was three “naked” layers of three different flavored cakes and frostings and the groom’s cake was a donut tower. Surrounded by friends and family we shared our first dance to Forever Mine by The O’Jays. Our guests all had photo booth photos and dog treat bags to go, courtesy of our pups. We ended the night with a sprinkler send off and rode away from the most magical night of our lives as happy, thankful, and blessed newlyweds.
